Return Process

If you’re not satisfied with the product’s quality or it arrives with a manufacturing defect, please reach out to us at nelovatee@gmail.com for support. Should a return be required, send the item to:

Our return and refund policy is designed to be simple and stress-free, with the goal of ensuring your complete satisfaction.


Return Procedure

  • Damaged, defective, or incorrect items: Contact us within 7 days of delivery to request a return or exchange. We’ll issue a prepaid shipping label.
  • Other returns/exchanges: You have 15 days from the date of receipt to begin the process. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all tags and accessories. You can start the process via our website or by email.

Please note: customized, personalized, or final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. Return shipping costs for non-defective items are the customer’s responsibility.


Refunds

Once your item is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method. You’ll also receive a confirmation email.

For defective or damaged items outside the 30-day window, we’ll work with you to find the best solution, which may include repair or replacement.


Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund hasn’t posted:

  1. Check your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card provider.

Sale Items

Refunds apply only to regular-priced items. Sale items are non-refundable.


Exchanges

Defective or damaged items can be exchanged. Email nelovatee@gmail.com and send the product to:

Gifts

  • If marked as a gift, you’ll receive a gift credit for the return value.
  • If not marked as a gift, the refund goes to the gift giver, who will be notified of the return.

Shipping

To initiate a return for an item not as described, email us at nelovatee@gmail.com for guidance.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
  • For items over $75, we recommend a trackable shipping service.
  • Ensure items are securely packaged and include the original invoice.

After we receive and inspect your return, your refund or exchange will be processed accordingly.
